Attend and reply to customers' enquiries
Manage and coordinate confirmed bookings for the next day's tour
Handle day-to-day operational aspects such such as logisitics and coordination with vendors, tourist guides and customers
Assist in handling last minute changes and arrangements to the tour schedule
Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism or Marketing with strong interest in Tourism
Entry level applicants or Part-time students are welcome to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Take a creative and innovative approach to product creation and experience curation
Able to commit 6 to 8 hours for 4 days per week (including weekends)
Inititative, resourceful with meticulous planning skills
