About the team :

The People Operations team in Singapore aims to provide efficient and effective people services to our Grabbers to drive positive and personalised experiences at every meaningful milestones of their journey with Grab.

We’re constantly evolving and improving our work processes to strategise and communicate our stakeholders more effectively.

Based in our regional headquarters, our teams are pivotal in driving our regional business’ and people strategies. You will certainly be part of a fun yet high performing team within a close knit and respectful work environment!

We have exciting internship opportunities available in several teams, including Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, People Strategy, Talent Acquisition and People Services.

Requirements :

  • Full-time student majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields seeking a matriculated internship
  • You are enrolled in a Singapore university, or Singaporean / PR studying abroad
  • Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage
  • Be able to commit full-time from January to June 2020, for a minimum of 20 weeks
  • Affinity with resolving complex people and business issues
  • Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
  • We require our interns in Singapore to be covered under the Employment Act (EA) and Work Injury Compensation (WICA) act.

    As such, our internship opportunities are limited to students of any nationality studying in Singapore, and Singaporean / PR studying in any location.
