The Project Lead is based in Singapore to look after the part transfers into South East Asia including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and provide support to the rest of Asia region when necessary.

A strong Project Manager with experience of working globally across different cultures is required.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Accountable for the successful delivery to cost, specification and time for a defined package of work, as delegated from the SEA PM.
  • Establish, develop and maintain the documentation necessary to deliver the package of work.
  • Act as the focal point for all aspects related to the packages of work.
  • Provide information necessary to make management decisions to the key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the creation and management of an integrated set of plans / schedules
  • Organize and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made.
  • Ensure the implementation of company management processes is effective and efficient.
  • Develop / implement Project Management best practice in line with company management processes.
  • Provision of basic guidance to others regarding the Project Management processes and the operation of the project management systems / tools / methods.
  • Contribution to the local Project Management Community of Practice.
  • Education level Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification preferable or equivalent industry experience
  • Member of a professional body such as APM or PMI is preferred.
  • At least 3 years? experience in project management or supply chain management.
  • Experience of leading multi-functional teams.
