You will be part of the team which charts Singapore's strategy to promote and capture growth opportunities in the Americas and Western Europe region.
Working closely with our overseas colleagues, you will closely monitor the business environment in Latin America, North America and Western Europe, and help Singapore companies penetrate these markets by identifying key growth industries and developing strategies to help them establish a foothold in these markets.
Additionally, you will help establish strategic contacts with overseas counterparts and navigate regulatory frameworks and business norms.
The role may also include organising events such as overseas business missions, outreach and networking events. The role is based in Singapore, but some travelling may be required.
You should have a degree, preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in business development or consulting. Work experience in Latin America, North America, and / or Western Europe would be advantageous.
Proficiency in French, German, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage for roles covering Latin America and European markets.
You should be resourceful, possess good business acumen and strong analytical, writing, presentation and communication skills.
You should also be able to work well across teams and time zones.
