echnical support for the corporate ecommerce platform (SAP Hybris Commerce)
integrated with multiple external and internal systems (Payment Gateways, ERP, 3PLs, etc)
Coordinate and collaborate with all ecommerce-related stakeholders in regards to systemrelated requests and troubleshoot any user / system-related issues and queries
Provide technical consultancy and workaround solutions
Engage with HQ development team to resolve issues and implementation requests
Keep stakeholders informed and aware of the progress of all requests / issues and set clear understanding about the possible business risks
Ensure the SLAs of all incidents' priorities and resolutions are met
Understand, share HQ guidelines (design, system, policies) and provide the necessary proper compliant guidance, materials and techniques
Enhance the service quality by continually improving the knowledge base, skillsets and new process proposals
Degree in computer science, information systems or related field
Candidate should have 1-8 years of working knowledge / experience in ecommerce and related platforms
Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris ecommerce solution either in development or in operation Experience in JIRA ticketing system is an advantage
Experienced with system integration, especially on Hybris ERP / Payment gateway
Having SAP ERP experience is a big plus Good interpersonal and communication skills is required to be able to liaise and co-work with various teams
