Get to know the Role :
We’re looking for a seasoned consumer marketeer to be part of the Regional GrabPay marketing organisation. GrabPay Marketing is a new team that will be tasked with driving adoption of GrabPay amongst consumers across Southeast Asia.
This person, along with the team, will be tasked with devising the integrated marketing strategies to drive mass consumer uptake and usage of GrabPay.
The day-to-day activities :
Drive go-to-market strategy for building the GrabPay business across Southeast Asia, working in partnership with country marketing teams for roll-out.
Own the development of product positioning, as well as GrabPay communications strategy
Devise data-driven strategies for product iterations and optimization
Work closely with the brand team on the brand positioning and framework for GrabPay and deliver communications and initiatives that amplify that narrative.
Act as the primary customer advocate for the wallet consumer partner with consumer insights team to glean consumer needs and work through the GrabPay organization to ensure these needs are met whether through tech, operations or communications initiatives.
Work with product marketing and consumer insights to identify the most relevant consumer audiences for the wallet, and the value proposition that meets their daily needs.
Turn these insights into action by then building out consumer marketing strategies.

you could have launched a brand campaign, worked to create a new digital products or developed a new brand strategy for a client.

You understand our market : Have you experience working in Southeast Asia or you have a deep understanding of Fintech from another market that can be applied to this role.
You operate with a startup mindset : You have a positive and resilient attitude with the ability to operate in ambiguity combined with a drive to get things done and adapt to new things quickly.
The must haves :
Bachelor’s degree from a top tier local or international university
Excellent proficiency in Google products
7+ Years Experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management or Consulting
Experience in marketing analytics software and analysis
