We are now looking for a creative & passionate individual for the role of Chef de Cuisine
Must have experience in European Cuisine
We are looking for a hands on head chef to manage a small team in a European restaurant, focused on a la carte and functions of varied sizes and budgets.
Overseeing all aspects of dine in and event execution, hands on management of kitchen operations including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food quality standards and comprehensive product knowledge.
Ability to innovate and implement new ideas.
Ability to meet budgets including labor, food and applicable direct operating costs.
Must have food handler’s certificate.
Ability to work flexible schedule in order to accommodate business levels.
Job Requirements :
5.5 half days a week Monday to Friday
Saturday from 3 pm
Permanent Sunday off, unless there is a function
