Job description

  • Perform outbound calls to clients to set appoints
  • Ensure each call handled meets the service standards and confidentially of customer database in a proper manner
  • Assist advisors in administrative paper works
  • Assist in daily operations for advisors keeping track of expenses and filing of documents
  • Preparing of proposals for clients
  • Requirements

  • GCE O levels and above
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Proactive, multi-tasker and able to work with little supervision
  • Good organisational skills, with systematic operating procedures
  • Proficient in basic word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications
  • Only Singaporeans and PRs need apply
