We are looking out for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Project, Change and Engagement (PCE) team as a Change Manager.
This is a dynamic role that will partner with our Business Partner and Solution team to manage various enterprise TG projects across the business.
The incumbent will be expected to have relevant experience in Technology to be able to assess the change management needs for key IT projects.
As a start, this role will be embedded within the Office 365 Project team for the life of the project. You, along with a junior change analyst will be accountable for managing the change and communications effort on our Office365 program.
Relevant experience in this space, or in Technology will be well regarded. You will be contributing as an important part within Technology Group to manage change by driving adoption and a successful implementation by managing impact, expectations and awareness.
Highly effective communication is essential to success in this role. You will need to demonstrate a proven ability to build mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships and an ability to influence effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Prosci certification is preferred.
