Reporting into the VP IBX Operations, APAC, the Project and Program Senior Manager is accountable for directing day to day project and program activities in APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and Lead the Project and Program function across the APAC Operations function.
  • Develop and Manage a budgeting process to ensure we are delivering in line with our budget planning.
  • Work closely with Finance on budget positioning.
  • Implement Project and Program Best Practice across the APAC region
  • Work closely with Global Design & Construction (GDC) to ensure clear delineation between Operations and Construction projects.
  • Partner with Capacity Management to develop a process to capture costs to remove Capacity from On Hold status.
  • Work closely with other Stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 10 years relevant Project and Program experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Mission Critical systems including Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and Security systems
  • Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to all levels of the organisation. Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work alone and operate within a Matrix organisation structure
  • Be a self-starter and require minimal supervision
  • Highly organised and detail orientated.
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Possess excellent budget and commercial skills
