Job description

Our client is a fast growing technology company, looking for a Head of SMB sales for SEA region. Ideal candidate will need to have minimum 8 years of experience in advertising sales from agencies or tech firm, and have experience in leading a large team.

Position Description

  • Spearhead the growth of the Small-Medium Business (SMB) sector in Southeast Asia - Lead and drive a high performing team of account leads and account managers regionally - Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for SMB product in Southeast Asia - Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all aspects of the SMB business - Collaborate with internal teams globally to ensure synergy in operation, efficiency in execution and consistency - Subject-matter expert in all things related to the SMB product offerings
  • Position Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful media / advertising sales, ideally leading SMB facing teams in Southeast Asia - Proven success in performance marketing, digital media, advertising industry - Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms and stories - Collaborative team player - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Action oriented and strong drive for results - Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
