  • Create and maintain job advertisements on various job portals.
  • Actively source and approach passive individuals.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Assist with internal and external recruitment events.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends.
