We are seeking a Customer Management Analyst for an established, large financial institution.

  • Experience in Marketing and Sales.
  • Responsibilities

  • Own, develop and execute initiatives to meet customer segment objectives and targets for new bank account signups and drive main bank usage;
  • Work with various stakeholders such as tertiary institutions, merchants, as well as agencies in the planning and execution of various events;
  • Use data and customer insights to inform actions;
  • Identify and test new channels to meet objectives and targets;
  • Assist with new as well as existing acquisition campaigns and programs;
  • Involve in producing relevant collateral needed for events and campaigns;
  • Monitor, review results to improve upon future initiatives.
