Global HCM / Talent Management Software Company

Drive Client Implementation

Min. 2 Years Experience in Software Implementation

Our client is a Global Human Capital Management (HCM) & Talent Management Software, providing solutions to over 2000 organisations in 70 countries, with offices in 18 countries, with Headquarters in UK.

Having established in Europe and US, they are expanding their Singapore office to extend their reach in the fast-growing Asia Pacific market, with key roles in Sales, Client Delivery, Solution Implementation and Support roles.

They are seeking a dynamic Implementation Consultant to drive project implementation in their clients in Japan & South East Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

HCM Solutions Implementation Projects :

Work with project manager and team to perform HCM implementation

Clients Point of contact during Implementation Cycle :

Requirement analysis, solutions design, testing and going live

Manage Implementation Cycle :

Understand clients complete payroll requirements, identify shortfalls of existing systems, design and configure solutions, perform and document testing, etc.

Work closely with Application Development team

REQUIREMENTS :

Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Information Technology, etc

Min 3-5 years experience in Software Solutions Project Management, Implementation, Service Delivery

Keen interest in Human Capital Solutions, Talent Management, or other Human Resources Management Software Solutions

Excellent communication skills

Bilingual in English and Japanese as need to coordinate with Japanese clients.

Ability to engage and influence decision makers and stakeholders

Comfortable with regional travelling

Working days : Monday to Friday (Office Hours)

Salary : (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
