Enhance and personalize customer communications by enabling new customer data facilities on CRM data warehouse that can be ingested across multiple campaigns.
Ensure quality of data in CRM data warehouse by maintaining its operational cleanliness and completeness through the implementation of strong data monitoring and documentation processes
Co-create reporting pipelines, automated dashboards / reports to support the tracking of key CRM KPIs and marketing effectiveness via the use of tools such as Tableau, Python and R.
Unlock new CRM customer communication channels to increase engagement with customers by building required data facilities.
Assist the analytics portfolio in generating new customer insights that improves the relevance of communications to the customers. This is done by :
Discovering and defining new hypotheses around our customers.
Executing quantitative exploratory data analysis to define areas of opportunity.
Collaborating with stakeholders to action on new insights.
BS in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or similar field from a reputable university
Fresh graduate / less than 2 years of relevant experience
Comfortable working with large amounts of data
Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
Ability to relate data to qualitative insights
Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
Strong interest in being at the forefront of e-commerce and fashion
Good collaborative skills and works well in a team
Proficient in Excel and prior experiences with SQL
Basic knowledge of Python, R or other scripting languages is a plus
Working knowledge on technical / analytical toolsets such as Google Analytics, Bigquery, Tableau, Amazon Redshift and Google Cloud is a plus
