Job Description :
Support the implementation of the project governance framework
Lead workstream within larger-sized projects and / or lead smaller to moderately complex projects
Own and contribute to defining the business case with input from stakeholders. Identify and gain alignment on project objectives, scope, timing and resources
Plan tasks to deliver the desired results and oversee day-to-day work and monitor progress towards goals
Conduct project meetings, prepare regular reports to communicate the status of projects to stakeholders
Escalate and work to resolve issues that are roadblocks or place project objectives at risk
Apply continuous improvement methodologies by identifying lessons learned and best practices to inform the success of future projects
Perform data extraction, analysis and validation the daily dashboard report, and produce sales reports as needed
Job Requirement :
University degree or equivalent (Degree in Business Administration, Computing or Analytics preferred)
3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management will be essential to be successful in role
Proficient with a project management tool, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and prioritize work
Effective communication skills, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, presentation, influencing and relationship management skills
Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
Able to work with cross-functional stakeholders
Solid knowledge of project management principles and concepts
Knowledge of insurance business is a plus
Experience with preparation of reports, dashboards, data and metrics in Power BI is a plus
