Production Support· Provides Level 2 production support.· Troubleshoots problems by analyzing root causes and evaluating multiple options.
In case of failure events, notifies users and fixes the problem or escalates to senior members.· Recommends procedures and controls for problem resolution or creates temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented.

IT Systems Administration· Installs, configures and maintains approved system hardware and software components.· Implements predetermined software or hardware changes to rectify any issues.
Collects and maintains tracking and configuration documentation and plans.· Manages user access to systems or applications.
Administers the set-up of new profiles, creates and updates access permissions and maintains user accounts for enterprise systems.
The Infrastructure Systems Administrator has the following Quality responsibilities :

To develop and further improve the safety & sustainability culture within the business unit through strong leadership.

Essential Skills, Experience & Knowledge :
1 3 years’ experience supporting a commercial windows-based environment
Experience with industry frameworks such as ITIL
Microsoft server certification (MCSA)
Understanding of security principle and best practice
Experience in participating in migrations, implementations, administration, upgrades and troubleshooting of the following technologies / solutions in a multi-site commercial environment :
o Microsoft Server including core services : AD, PowerShell scripting, Sites / Services, DHCP, File / Print, DFS, Replication, Storage, Logging, WSUS etc
o Microsoft Exchange 2010 / O365 Hybrid environment
o Microsoft SCCM
o Strong Active Directory (Admin and 2003 / 2008 Migration)
o HP Blade and SAN (3PAR / EVA) administration and design
o Microsoft WAP
o Symantec Products (Backup Exec, SEP Configuration, Admin & Maintenance)
o SolarWinds configuration and management
o O365 configuration and management
o ADFS configuration and management
o Azure configuration and management
o Hyper-V, VMware configuration and administration
o Zscaler configuration and management
o Citrix would be an added benefit
o Linux skills desirable but not essential
o Unified communications (VOIP, VC etc)
Experience in Service Desk Platforms eg ServiceNow
Exceptional communication skills
Capability to develop documentation for technical and non-technical staff
Demonstrated customer service skills, able to work cooperatively with ICT and business users at all levels. Experience working with and managing external vendors
Ability to take initiative, work autonomously and within a team
