Assist to develop and implement talent roadmap that purposes to unleash potential in our employees
Organize, design and coordinate talent development initiatives / learnings for diverse groups of internal stakeholders
Support management of talent pipeline programmes such as engagement and tracking of graduate associates / traineeships
Work with L&D to support the formulation and implementation of talent management and development strategies and career roadmaps for FPG’s leaders and identified talents
Support the tracking of appropriate talent metrics through reporting and the use of analytical tools
Support in projects such as strategic workforce planning, mentoring program, facilities re-design etc.

Competencies to learn : -
Active experience in strategic planning processes, including talent needs analysis and development rollout plans etc.
Gain experience with design tools to improve talent experience for employees
How to handle end-to-end implementation of programs and projects
How to communicate and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
How to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and drive improvements
How to make use of dashboards and metrics to influence data-driven decisions
1) Bachelor Degree
