PURPOSE OF JOB :
Execute Brewing department activities according to planned schedules and per agreed technical specification / Department performance target.
Responsibilities SHE MANAGEMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY
Work in line with the defined and implemented safety standards.
Contributes in implementing safety improvement activities.
Assures removal of all the waste.
Responsibilities PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Ensures that the Brewing process (i.e. from silo to BBT ) is operating in an efficient manner according to the specifications and production plan in standard and non-standard conditions.
For example :
Execute daily and weekly cleaning of brewing vessels to achieve performance in brewing and BIO free products.
Collect process samples for analysis and monitor all products to ensure it’s within technical specification.
Proactively act on the daily production operations and to promptly discuss / report the production issues with the team members.
Carry out daily production according to the approved weekly brewing schedule.
Receive raw materials and ensure it is within technical specification.
Relief other process Technician when required.
Responsibilities TPM AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Ensures workplace is at the required AM and 5S standards and is actively involved in AM / 5S teams.
Ensure that Brewing department is clean to the specified standards
Responsibilities QUALITY OF THE PROCESS AND PRODUCT
Ensures the Brewing process is operating according to the specifications and production plan, in standard conditions.
Reports in a timely and accurate way all mandatory and relevant information and KPIs.
Conduct some regular quality in line tests.
Responsibilities EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
Operates and executes tasks in compliance with the HEINEKEN and local regulations in his / her machines / area.
Executes basic maintenance tasks according to standards and is actively involved in improvement activities.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum requirement : Polytechnic
JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE / SPECIFIC SKILLS :
Able to communicate effectively with good command of written and spoken English.
Able to use computer for reporting and data logging.
2 year industrial experience is considered as a plus.
Experience and knowledge in brewing is considered as an asset.
Maintenance and / or automation skill is highly appreciated.
OTHER INFORMATION :
Need to work on three rotating shifts including weekends.
