You will responsible for managing the malls within the Company's retail portfolio and formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the retail properties within the Company’s portfolio.
Your major responsibilities include securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, and formulating advertising and promotion strategies to generate awareness and footfall.
In addition, you will also be responsible for preparing annual budget and forecast.
You should possess a Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Building Management, Business (Marketing) or its equivalent with at least 5 years' of relevant experience in marketing and leasing.
To succeed in this role, you should have a sound understanding of the real estate industry, an extensive network of contacts and excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) will have an advantage. Candidates with Retail Management experience in South East Asia may be considered for a regional role.
