Regional Reward Manager, APAC (Financial Services) Description This is a team lead role which will report to and work closely with the Global Head of C&B and leadership team to translate HR strategy into a total reward strategy that will attract and retain talent.
Key responsibilities will include developing and strengthening the rewards framework and guidelines in compliance with the global standards, as well as reviewing, implementing and maintaining a job grading system.
We are looking for a driven individual with strong project management and communication skills. You should have worked in fast-
paced environment and be a team player with the ability to engage with stakeholders. The successful candidate is able to proactively initiate and recommend changes.
