Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

About this role

As part of the Engagement team in the DBS Transformation Group, you will support the group in areas of communications, community and culture.

This is a regional role and you will be expected to co-design & deliver the success of key transformation programmes and practice efforts across the group.

Leveraging on creativity and persistence, you will partner a cross-functional team of community leads to drive start-up culture behaviour through unique communication campaigns and community efforts.

This role will require an entrepreneurship mindset, strong collaboration skills, the ability to work with ambiguity and passion for story-telling.


  • Purpose driven and passionate about making banking joyful : Position the Transformation Group both internally and externally as a key driver of change in DBS.
  • Leverage partnerships across DBS to demonstrate value and importance of capabilities that the bank requires to become Best Bank for a Better World.

  • Value-Driven Partnerships : Keep abreast of Transformation trends and activities across key markets. Engage in frequent dialogue with Transformation Programme and Practice leads, counterparts (community leads) within the group and outside of group to co-
  • create multi-faceted communication opportunities.

  • With special focus on Platform Transformation Programme & Experience Strategy Practice : Develop and execute communication and community focused efforts across the region in partnership with programme and practice leads.
  • Strategies will be aligned with corporate and brand direction while reflecting at times specific nuances of each country.

  • Be Digital & Data Driven : Build synergy across various departments to ensure consistency and impact of messaging. Drive data driven, digital focused campaigns and community events in order to help DBS become a data and learning obsessed organisation.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communications with minimum 5 years of work experience in related field
  • This role requires a strategic thinker, creative problem solver and process driver.
  • A self-starter and collaborator that flourishes in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in the development and execution of corporate level, BU and or regional communication and marketing strategies;
  • excellent skills in brand management preferred.
