In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
About this role
As part of the Engagement team in the DBS Transformation Group, you will support the group in areas of communications, community and culture.
This is a regional role and you will be expected to co-design & deliver the success of key transformation programmes and practice efforts across the group.
Leveraging on creativity and persistence, you will partner a cross-functional team of community leads to drive start-up culture behaviour through unique communication campaigns and community efforts.
This role will require an entrepreneurship mindset, strong collaboration skills, the ability to work with ambiguity and passion for story-telling.
Leverage partnerships across DBS to demonstrate value and importance of capabilities that the bank requires to become Best Bank for a Better World.
