Data Operations involves leading best practices in tracking and ad technology, and flawless setup and mapping of media campaigns.

It is critical to ensure good quality data are passed through to the data warehouse.

As a data operations executive, you'll work with various stalk holders within the network to ensure campaign delivery objectives are met.

You will oversee and get involved in the setup, execution and delivery process of digital campaigns with the account managers, planners and vendors.

You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and a can do attitude and a desire to learn about the digital ad tech space.

You have a high technical aptitude and enjoy hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Detailed Description :

Primarily the role will consist of the following work streams :

1. Adserving & Reporting

  • Oversee and ensures campaigns set up following consistent naming conventions.
  • Liaison with the Account Management team ensuring a timely launch and correct campaign implementation; addressing any questions / issues that may arise.
  • Work with the local teams and 3rd party trafficking vendor for trafficking coordination.
  • Support senior team members on complex campaign setups, platforms integration and escalations to third party vendors when necessary.
  • Work with creative agencies for creative QA & analytics requirements.
  • Help to set up reporting process and templates.
  • 2. Tag Management

  • Assist in deployment of tags across client sites, working in conjunction with global and local Data Ops team, or directly using a Tag Management System.
  • Responsible for tag implementation and quality checking.
  • Work in conjunction with global and local teams to resolve issues with tags that may not be firing or incorrectly deployed.
  • 3. Dashboards & Data Visualisation

    Work closely with the in-house iAnalyse team managing holistic dashboard by developing or improving ad operations processes to cater higher quality data visualisation.

    Assist in auditing of the data in ad-server and publishing platforms.

    Skills & Experience Required :

  • 1+ years in digital media preferably with regional or global clients.
  • Experience with any technologies such as Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Facebook, Adobe Marketing & Analytics products, Salesforce, Adjust, AppFlyers etc.
  • Diligent with a strong attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An active interest in everything digital, ideally with an understanding of online advertising industry trends.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload & multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic internet programming (HTML / JavaScript) and debugging.
