The Role

This is a senior role in our Employee Insights practice. The role holder will take a key position in leading client assignments and will contribute to managing and expanding client relationships, winning new clients, executing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with other teams in adjacent areas.

You will have immediate exposure to interesting client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and engage with client teams across levels.

You will engage with senior HR and business leaders, design bespoke surveys / diagnostics, analyse data and derive rich insights about clients’ workforce, culture, HR practices etc.

You will develop recommendations and roadmaps for clients and present them to senior stakeholders, generating buy-in and commitment to change.

You will also enable change by facilitating solutions workshops with leaders, mangers and HR. The diversity of clients, markets, talent and ideas will enrich your career and motivate you every day.

Performance Expectations :

Clients

  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s business strategy and HR strategy. Identify the most relevant / appropriate WTW tool and / or solutions, based on client requirements and adapt to reflect unique nuances.
  • Lead client projects across multiple industries, including large and complex assignments
  • Lead a team of project consultants and analysts, taking responsibility for overall project success
  • Assess human resource, business processes and culture to make recommendations for improvement
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients / colleagues at all levels
  • Implement go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns and commercialization strategies for new solutions and intellectual capital
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships
  • Contribute to research and thought leadership by authoring content and presenting at client events

  • Exceed client expectations consistently
  • Internal market : (a) fosters relationships with WTW stakeholders, (b) coordinates on go-to-market plans with other sales leaders, (c) actively participates in sales planning / go-to-market meetings, (d) builds WTW’s network by educating and collaborating with other parts of the business.
  • External market : (a) coordinates and helps lead local market events, (b) plays a key role on sales pursuits in the market;
  • c) is a thought leader and promotes content in traditional and digital media.

  • Contribute to Practice and Line of Business revenue goals
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts through client outreach, proposal development and conceptualising solutions to client problems
  • People

  • Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues on client project teams
  • May need to manage direct reports
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Model and promote a positive and professional work environment in everyday behaviour.
  • The Requirements

  • Degree or above in business, management, human resources, finance, statistics, social sciences or any other relevant field
  • Proven experience in HR, OD and Talent Management; consulting experience is an advantage
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to deal with ambiguity, learn rapidly and be responsive to evolving needs of our clients
  • Ability to conceptualize solutions, see the big picture and get into the details when needed
  • Comfort in working with data and translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Be comfortable presenting to a large audience, as well as senior leaders of client organisations
  • Solid project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks
  • Able to effectively organise and prioritise multiple projects while working to defined deadlines
