This is a senior role in our Employee Insights practice. The role holder will take a key position in leading client assignments and will contribute to managing and expanding client relationships, winning new clients, executing go-to-market strategies and collaborating with other teams in adjacent areas.
You will have immediate exposure to interesting client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and engage with client teams across levels.
You will engage with senior HR and business leaders, design bespoke surveys / diagnostics, analyse data and derive rich insights about clients’ workforce, culture, HR practices etc.
You will develop recommendations and roadmaps for clients and present them to senior stakeholders, generating buy-in and commitment to change.
