You will lead a team to manage NLB’s communications, marketing and branding strategies.
Lead and execute strategic communication plans for NLB’s programmes, events and announcements. This includes identifying key issues, developing nuanced messages, drafting speeches and media releases, and identifying publicity opportunities.
Oversee public relations and communications issues; conduct media scans for trending issues.
Develop news stories and angles for pitching to media to achieve positive publicity on NLB’s programmes, initiatives and announcements.
Manage NLB’s digital media channels including copywriting and editing content as well as to develop and translate NLB’s brand into marketing communications, strategies and plans.
Supervise and coach a small team
At least 5-8 years working experience in communications and marketing / branding, preferably with supervisory experience.
Have good experience in developing and implementing effective communications and marcomms strategies
A strong command of spoken and written English with competency to present intricate information into clear and crisp writing.
Effectively bilingual and good experience in marcomms, branding and digital media would be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, project management , analytical skills and able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that the successful candidate will be appointed on a two-year contract.
