Our company is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide support to our managers in their day-to-day tasks.

About the Job :

As a Personal Assistant, you will be tasked to provide administrative support for the manager in-charge. This includes and is not limited to :

General clerical work, such as printing and filing duties.

Scheduling and coordinating appointments with clients.

Handle HR related matters for talent acquisition.

Maintain proper data management system for manager’s documents and information.

Prepare and design communication materials delivered to senior management (Excel and PowerPoint).

Requirements :

Self-motivated and proactive.

Ability to work independently.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
