Job Description :
Manage Full Set of Accounts as well as preparing financial reports, cash book
Apply knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted Accounting Principles.
Able to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
Take responsibility for accounts payable / receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
Manage HR & Admin day-to-day operations.
Manage the full spectrum of HR function, which includes recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.
Tax compilation and submission to IRAS
Familiar with WPOL & EPOL work pass application, cancellation and others
Handle employee payroll, Quarterly GST, CPF submission & reimbursement, IR8A preparation & etc. Process payroll for group monthly payroll activities include CPF submission and data entry to accounting system (e.
g. : overtime, claims and allowances) for headcount of 30 employees.
Assist and recommend to develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies that support business goals.
Diploma / Degree Qualifications in Accounting or relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ an above experience in both Accounting and HR functions
Prior experience in Manufacturing / Construction Industry and environment would be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with working knowledge in accounting software preferably MYOB & ERP Software
Familiar with MOM’s rules & regulations
Organised and proactive, possess strong analytical skill
Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
