  • Maintain employees’ record like, passport renewal, training records, leave forms, medical certificates, advance payment vouchers, etc.
  • Monitors accounts receivables and Maintain full set of accounts, Pay rolls etc.
  • Prepare daily timesheets for the employees and submit to the client for signature.
  • Prepare Monthly Progress Reports, Invoices, including project status & Annual return filings.
  • Prepare report of half year and full year results for Announcement and comply with deadline
  • Filing of suppliers’ invoices, Payment vouchers and documents, etc.
  • Visit client’s office for follow up on Invoice clearances, technical discussions and meetings etc.
  • Fully conversant with the Microsoft Office. (expect mastery with MS Excel formulas and word documents formatting etc.)
  • Updating Inventory report regularly for current projects and workshops.
  • Prepare quarterly report for GST claims.
  • Verify monthly costing for Budget Control of the current projects and manpower.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agent for audit / tax schedules, reports, etc.
  • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor and to carry out compliance enforcement.
