We are currently Southeast Asia's largest and fastest growing Fashion Rental startup. Our core product is Fashion Rental Subscription using a â€œNetflix-for-Fashionâ€ model, the first and only of its kind in the region.
Today, we are focused on building more products to improve Fashion Consumption and driving these solutions across the region.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
Answer business sales inquiries with a well-established understanding of the companyâ€™s service
Making reasoned judgments that are logical and well-thought out. Not accepting all arguments and conclusions you are exposed to but rather having an attitude involving questioning such arguments and conclusion
Hit KPI and push for higher sales (increasing number of consigner's apparel)
Ensuring that consigners' needs are met and to be their voice within Style Theory
Complete day-to-day administrative work
Ad-hoc responsibilities to support the development and growth of apparel consignment vertical
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization
Goal obsessed - constantly thinking of new ideas and willingness to hustle in order to achieve targets
Able to work independently and takes initiative to improve processes / develop solution
Patient, empathetic, and a great sense of responsibility in problem-solving and representing the interests of customers
Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly. Familiar with Google-drive suite and Microsoft Office
