The Job :
Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, learning and development, on boarding and off boarding procedures, performance management, employee relations and communications, etc.
Responsible for front office and administrative functions in the HR department
Work closely with HODs and external parties on HR matters
Responsible for company’s vehicles administration, e.g. insurance & road tax renewal
The Candidate :
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
Min 2 years relevant working experiences
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to multitask, meticulous and customer-centric
Proactive, strong team player and able to work independently
Knowledge on 5S and Kaizen will be an added advantage
Able to travel to West side of Singapore for work

Full-time and Permanent position
5-days working week, Monday to Friday
