Job purpose and overall objective
This role involves leading the private client team, with a focus on supporting business development initiatives to drive income generation and ensuring the department’s revenue and sales objectives are met.
Responsibilities include advising clients on trust services, supporting Equiom’s fiduciary businesses, and providing technical input to the business development team.
Duties also include researching and analysing new and current legislation, training staff, and attending and contributing to seminars and events.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in a senior leadership role within a professional environment, excellent technical skills, and will hold a relevant qualification such as STEP.
A good understanding of the regulatory framework and FATCA / CRS is required and experience within the fiduciary sector is desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills together with the ability to build a strong, dynamic team are essential.
