Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support which include the following : Handle highly confidential matters, information and documents Manage SVP’s calendar, meetings and appointments Co-
  • ordinate meetings among various departments Prepare / update / maintain reports, schedules, presentations, and other materials, preparing correspondence as well as drafting letters, memorandums and transcripts Compile POs, TPOs, Subcontractors’ work orders, justification for approval from maintenance & PPD, invoices for SVP's signature Makes reservations and arrangements for various events, including travel itineraries Filing of documents Collect mails and parcels, sort out and dispatch to addressees Other duties as assigned

    Requirements :

  • Min. 5 or more years’ of PA / Secretarial experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel VLookup, Pivot table etc.
  • Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable communicating with top management staffs
  • Prior experience as Secretary to President / SVP in large organizations preferred
  • Independent and meticulous
  • Singaporeans Only
  • Other Information :

  • Location : Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
  • 5 days work week
  • Working Hours : 7.25am-5pm
