Responsible for the development of the high efficient production team, coaching / developing / coordinating the operators to meet business requirements.
Driving daily operational process for smooth production and providing technical support / coaching to grow the process improvement capabilities.
Lead the workshop to execute production planning to deliver the goods in time and in good quality.
Define daily / weekly production plans for all shifts for departments responsible for, while collaborating with other respective departments
Managing the associates’ performance by using scorecard and training to achieve the reasonable productivity.
Develop, sustain & document training programs for all dept. associates.
Responsible for equipment and facility management, including but not limited to maintenance, improvement, cost control etc.
Drive End to End value stream processes to promote profitable growth, productivity savings and working capital improvements
Lead daily management to drive sustainable, continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On Time Delivery that support KPI’s.
Identify and eliminate process waste, report necessary counter-measures and action plans while demonstrating Problem Solving Process (PSP).
Maximize the performance of Department by using the DBS tools as it relates to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, & Productivity.
Responsible for EHS of the workshop and the associates. Following Singapore’s regulation and Pall(Danaher)’s requirements to make sure EHS complies.

Position Qualification Requirement
Education & Professional Background
Bachelor or Graduate Degree in Engineering or Enterprise Management
Minimum 5 years of direct manufacturing experience in production leader / supervisor / management
Hands on experience in support of production floor and manufacturing product value streams
Willingness to work on the shop floor and lead by example; ability to influence decision making with or without authority, facilitate groups with diverse perspectives, bring teams to agreement.
High tolerance for ambiguity
Experience in managing a team is key
Demonstrated ownership through a high level of accountability and delivering of meaningful results
Experienced in the concepts and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills, e.g. use of Structured Problem-Solving methodologies, Design of Experiments (DOE), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), etc.
Familiar with SAP ERP Systems
Experience in additive manufacturing is preferred.
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Project Management, Statistics)

Financial skills to understand and use business financial data.
Strong problem-solving skills
