Reporting to the capability lead, the Paid Media Director will supportthe EMEA Display Team and Jellyfish DCMP Team as part of an excitinggrowth period in our Agency.
In this role, you will support thebusiness through onboarding new Clients and maintaining existingClients and be someone that is commercially aware, and solutionoriented.
The Paid Media Director is an expert in implementation best practiceand will guide Clients and Partners through digital marketingtransformation projects.
The Paid Media Director develops long-termpartnerships with our Clients & Partners, continuously evaluatingtheir implementations against best practice and innovation to ensuretheir businesses benefit from that technology and facilitate growththrough that relationship.
As a Google Preferred Partner, our business has a strong relationshipwith Google and knowledge of the Google Tech Stack, therefore the PaidMedia Director should have a strong working and technical knowledge ofthe Google / Doubleclick Digital Marketing Products including GA360,DS, DCM and DBM and be the advocate of that technology anddevelopments within the team and be excited by innovation andtechnology in our industry.
Ownership of the on boarding process including education anddocumentation for new DCM & DBM Clients
Collaboration with internal teams regarding scoping, planning anddeployment of new DCM and DBM Clients
Create, own and educate the business around best practice andimplementation processes including Analytics, Attribution, PPC,Display and Social within the Jellyfish Technology Stack, thusbenefiting Jellyfish Agency Clients and Performance
Ownership of the Jellyfish DCMP Helpdesk
Implementation and ongoing updates to the tool
Collaboration with the Display Team regarding support queries,providing Technical and Troubleshooting support
Collaboration with the Client Services Team to review existing DCM& DBM Clients Technology on a quarterly basis. Consult and suggestbest practice or changes that a Client might consider
Advocacy of the DBM & DCM Technology including
Representation at Steering Groups
Updating internal and external DCM and DBM users regarding newfeatures or best practise within those technologies
Be involved in ad hoc projects or consult for other internal teamswhere your technical expertise might be required
Working with the Head of Display to review new tech vendors,including scoping and deploying those technologies across the team
Knowledge & Experience
Strong experience in customer-facing positions as a professionalservices consultant or sales engineer
Demonstrable experience of the Google Digital Marketing Products(GA360, DS, DCM and DBM)
Proven ability to deliver technical workshops and training classesremotely and on site to customer teams, confidently sharing knowledgeand answering technical questions
Qualification in Computer Science and some experience of scripting(SQL, BASH, Python) an advantage
