This function leads the PMO within LEAP. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and operational transition of integration projects.
The PMO (Unification) maintains accountability for all activities to ensure the seamless integration of people, process and technology between LEAP and new strategic investments.
You are responsible for seeing through these projects according to the defined procedures and approved project execution plan.
You will come with strong hands-on Project and Program management experience in post-acquisition unifications of varying size, scope, and complexity.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring a competent ability to align diverse teams on common goals. A blend of business and technical acumen coupled with project management discipline is critical to success.
Organize, track and project manage LEAP Group unification initiatives
Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, decision-making and escalation mechanisms and budgets relating to the unification project
Establish and leverage systems to provide oversight for SLAs and work with relevant teams to create metrics that drive achievement of goals
Establish the management structure, people, and processes that match the unification requirements to capture deal value
Drive the execution of unification activities across teams through a disciplined and structured approach
Deliver consistent, reliable, and scalable metrics, methods of management and reporting
Ensure all dependencies between projects are understood and managed
Identify and manage impacts / effects of a project on internal teams and customers
Ensure stakeholders and subject matter experts are engaged and expectations have been set regarding their involvement and participation
Must Have Requirements
Proven experience in leading and participating in post-M&A integration projects in a regional, matrixed or complex environment
Previous experience and in-depth expertise in Project Management, methodology and governance an asset
Proven experience in scoping, planning, resourcing, funding, procuring, executing, governing and embedding change programs
Manages different priorities / projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple opposing demands
Highly structured and analytical, very strong in fact-finding and problem-solving
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Good to Have Requirements (work experience, further qualifications)
Proven track record in a Project / Programme Mgt in fast-paced environment in the technology space, preferably in Cloud XaaS companies
Experience leading, developing and managing a high functioning team comprised of diverse skillsets, within virtual or matrix roles
Experienced in managing wide range of complex transformation projects end-to-end
Strong Resource and Financial Management experience essential
Strong focus on Quality and Risk Management
Formal Education and Certification
Bachelor’s degree or above in : Engineering, Business, Economics or related fields
Recognized formal project management qualification (PMP / Prince2 or equivalent)
Agile / Scrum master certifications is highly preferred
