The Business Intelligence Analyst creates a strategy for customer interaction (through Account Manager and technology activities) for the purpose of increased retention, satisfaction or revenue.
They live and breathe the client’s value proposition, by reviewing and analysing the benefits that can be delivered to the existing customer base.
Through in depth analysis of usage data and risk profiles, the analyst designs a series of sales playbooks and aligns their team to leverage that value proposition, with the intention to grow the existing customer base.
The analyst leverages the client’s messaging and marketing collateral to ensure that a series of sales play books are delivered to the highest possible standards in line with their brand values.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Finance, with 4+ years of experience in campaign / marketing management, business analytics, dashboard design experience (preferably supporting a sales organization but not essential).
