Job Description :

  • Responsible for growth hacking / demand generation of innovative products, working across key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and tracking
  • Drive user acquisition and growth through digital channels, ie. social media, content, viral, Member - Get- Member etc, other non-traditional channels / methods to create viral growth
  • Content development for all Owned and Earned digital media to drive traffic to our app
  • Deploy customer life cycle framework for effective onboarding and engagement of customer segments on DTO apps, via effective email marketing campaign / platform
  • Constantly optimise marketing spend by using analytics, A / B testing and other tools
  • Participate in market research, plan and execution of the marketing campaign, work closely with key stakeholders to come up with operations strategy
  • Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to engineer growth features and ideas
  • Campaigns that fuel our products’ acquisition, activation, retention and revenue model
  • Requires exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • An insatiable curiosity, thirst for creating and delivering successful growth strategies. If digital marketing is a function, growth is the end result !
  • Assist in Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field.
  • Obsessed with business impact and growth
  • A creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, from digital advertising to buying of non-traditional media and guerilla tactics
  • Data-driven thinking
  • Has a sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Strong planner with excellent project management
  • Possess problem solving skills, good communication capabilities and people skills with tolerance and ambiguity
  • Client focused and good business acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure and with rapid turnaround time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
