In general, manage the end to end process for Banca, UT and GI business.

  • Help reinforce the regulatory and compliance processes 
  • Need to be flexible, adaptable, agile

    May at times need to work beyond official working hours for month end inception.


  • Work closely with BD, BBM, WPMs to drive RP and SP business
  • Attend BD meeting to discuss and formulate strategies
  • Using data to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
  • Conducting coaching on RP products, soft-skills, financial planning concepts
  • Helping to send admin penders and clear admin penders
  • Answering calls and queries on Banca
  • Attending to queries on Sat & or Sun esp. during extended banking hours 
  • Helping to expedite inception by liaising with Manulife and DBS (BD, BBM, Reps) especially on month end.
  • Attending Region WPM meeting to update on Banca matters
  • New product launch training
  • Plan and conduct GI coaching sessions
  • Highlight errors in GI application, processes to BSMs, service staff
  • GI performance update to BD, BBM, BSM, Service Staff
  • Support eGI roll-out and other initiative 
  • Use GI data to identify opportunities and areas to improve
  • Help clear GI penders
  • Answering calls and queries on GI
  • Attending BSM Meeting to update on GI matters
  • Conduct UT coaching
  • Help encourage UT participation
  • Attend to enquires on UT
  • Process, Operations & Digital

  • Timely keying in of EBH for the month
  • Timely keying in and capturing all Banca Appeals cases in Appeals template
  • Helping to report YFP related errors to ISMO and advising reps on course of action based on ISMO advice
  • Assisting to clear Banca admin penders, GI admin penders
  • Vetting and checking on eligibility of Appeal cases and either approving or escalating to Manager or Product for review
  • Vetting and checking on Hybrid cases and helping to approve Hybrid cases
  • Compliance, Regulatory and Risk Managemen

  • Ensure timely completion of all regulatory and mandatory E-learning, Product Tests, CPD hours, ACA role-play, ACA product tests, uploading of ACA SPOF
  • Always advocate on the right process for Banca, UT and GI
  • At self-level, also manage risk and policies by adhering to transport claims policy and submitting claims timely 
  • Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Participate and support ad-hoc projects such as annual insurance partner kick-off, lunch time talks, etc.
  • Requirements    
  • Bachelor Degree in related field with preferably 5 years of banking experience & 2 - 3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Ability to guide individual towards achieving the team’s goals
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good sense & oversight on risk awareness
  • Ownership of results and commitment to personal goals
  • Knowledge of banking operations and proficiency in presentations to an audience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
