Job Responsibilities / Requirements :

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent Development function, the key roles of the Manager, Learning & Talent Development are :

  • Drive, develop and execute learning and talent development strategies, build a continuous learning culture and contribute to organisational effectiveness and change
  • Lead, plan and execute talent review, succession planning and other learning and talent development processes based on business needs
  • Work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external partners in the development and delivery of the leadership and talent development initiatives
  • Assist with organisational development initiatives such as employee engagement programmes, communication platforms and events
  • Participate in HR-led events, initiatives and any other corporate projects and duties as assigned by management
  • Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Learning and Talent Development or related areas
  • People-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within teams
  • Resourceful, adaptable and able to integrate relevant information to develop solutions and solve issues
  • Strong strategic, analytical thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
