Job Summary :

We are looking for a storyteller with the creative genius, analytical skills and enthusiasm to join us in redefining fashion consumption in South East Asia.

As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive, you are a content strategist, creative writer and data enthusiast.

You must champion the voice of the customer and co-create authentic, personal user experiences that solve real problems.

A data-centric approach is key to meaningfully connect with users across various touch-points (E.g. Site, App) and communication channels (E.

g. Email, App Push Notifications, SMS). Your ability to transform analytical insights into creative content is what will turn users into loyal advocates for the brand.

You will do this by working closely with the CRM Manager to identify customer friction points and in turn create content, propositions and customer journeys that are intuitive, helpful and inspiring.

Your north star should be focused on customer acquisition and reactivation.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute campaigns on Email, Web, App Push Notifications and SMS channels for our designer clothing and bag product lines
  • Stay on the pulse of fashion trends and develop personalised, relevant content for targeted user segments
  • Track, analyse and report on CRM campaign performance, and conduct A / B tests for iterative optimisation and improvement across communication channels
  • Build a strong understanding of the Marketing technology stack and develop an effective cross-channel communications strategy
  • Collaborate closely with technology, data and analytics leads to develop new infrastructure to empower new campaign opportunities
  • Lead research initiatives to uncover insights on our audience's needs and behaviour across their entire life-cycle journey with us
  • Bring to life the voice, values and mission of Style Theory in a human and authentic fashion
  • Requirements :

  • A genuine love for fashion and the sharing economy
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Competency in design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Excel and email marketing tools a plus
  • Creative problem solver and a positive game-on attitude
  • An acute attention to details
