Job Purpose :
Operations Executive Trainee will undergo 12 months’ training program to become an Operations Executive with the Job Purpose and Main Duties as below :
This position is responsible for supporting the Operations Top Management Team in achieving business objectives, higher team performance and reap optimal results.
Main Responsibilities :
Work closely with Learning and Development department to foster learning culture and assist in training if needed.
Work closely with HR, R&D and other departments whenever required with the projects assigned or any new initiatives given.
Assist in Marketing promotions’ executions, compile feedbacks, work with operations or departments to suggest improvements plans or solutions.
Assist in planning, executing and tracking of incentive and any marketing challenge plans for the operations team.
Keep track of the marketing promotions’ progress.
Conduct market survey, perform data compilation and analysis to help Operations Top Management Team in understanding the current or updated F&B business trends and opportunities.
Keep track of information, data and prepare routine reports.
Assist Top Operations Management Team to prepare business presentations slides.
Assist to conduct Outlets-In-Charge meetings when necessary.
Organise and participate in Area Managers meeting.
Independently and actively visit outlets, communicate, coordinate and work with the operations team of all levels to assist in achieving outlets’ team performance and business results.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Preferably ACTA trained
Experience in F&B or retail management will be added advantage.
Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
