Duties & Responsibilities
1.Provides first line onsite application support / consultation to customers.
3.Collection of data and performs analysis on test issues
4.Works with customers to understand and improve test processes
5.Acts as the liaison between factory and customer.
6.Provides formal and on the job training to customers.
7.Escalates service problem and takes ownership of problem until it is resolved.
8.Off-office hour support required
