Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that building services and M&E infrastructure can reliably support business operations of the Company
  • Manage ad-hoc A&A projects, Data Centre fit-out projects and major equipment upgrades
  • Undertake, review and inspect physical security of the Company’s premises and property regularly to ensure a safe & comfortable working environment for staff
  • Manage all appointed service providers and maintenance staff
  • Conduct regular meetings with term contract service providers
  • Oversee all operation and maintenance of the building and M&E infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory authority requirements such as BCA, NEA, FSSD, MOM
  • Review operation and maintenance processes for improvement
  • Manage the Business Continuity Plans and Emergency Plans, including contingency response planning
  • Draft technical specifications for procurement via tenders for works and services
  • Write management papers to seek approval for major tender awards or major expenditures
  • Prepare monthly facilities reports
  • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Science in the fields of Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Building, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management or related discipline
  • With at least 15 years’ experience in Facilities Management or related field
  • Experience in management of projects pertaining to building A&A works, M&E works, and contract services
  • Experience in operating Data Centre facilities and infrastructure
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely in written English
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) will be an advantage
