Job Responsibilities :
Support Sales on business handling for Japan market (orders management, enquiries, complaints etc.) and to meet overall customer satisfactory.
1. Order Processing
o Price maintenance - ensure selling price are correctly maintained.
o Sales order management - ensure accuracy and timely processing of sales, invoices and customer orders.
o Ensure timely shipment according to customers schedule and despatch of documents through close and effective coordination with Singapore, Europe & USA OPCs.
o Handling of shop orders from distributors
o Verification of L / C details and coordination of amendments.
2. Other Customer Service Related
o Handling customer complaints and processing of claims.
o Samples arrangement for customer product approvals and complaints.
o Manage internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders
o Monitor account receivables, follow-up with relevant parties / customers to provide timely payment as accordance to payment schedule.
o Assist the business operations
o Back-up for other CSRs.
o Ad-hoc Sales related tasks if required
Job Requirements :
o Degree with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Order Support / Supply Chain / Shipping line
o Good understanding of sales order processes and logistic matters.
o Good understanding on L / C negotiation.
o Ability to speak fluent Japanese language. Additional knowledge in Korean language will be an added advantage.
o Familiar with SAP, Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
o Excellent communication, customer-focus, and teamwork skills
