Experienced professional in driving employee engagement and satisfaction surveys
Project manage the annual Employee Opinion Survey by coordinating all EOS project activities within the region or function in scope
Provide guidance and advice to EOS champions and senior management
Provide thorough results analysis and summary highlights for senior management in the region or function in scope and support follow up planning
Develop / improve regional dashboards to create visibility on key engagement metrics via PowerBI
Regional Lead for all other Employee Feedback tools - ie HRQP, HR Pulse, and EXM, coordinating all project activities within the region.
and providing guidance to relevant HR champions.
Working with data collected from all employee feedback and supporting leaders identifying key insights, trends, and working on suitable interventions to support greater engagement.
Support implementation of strategic initiatives - Great Place to Work and Connect App
Ensure or coordinate contribution to divisional recognition, motivational and appreciation programs - recognizing excellence
Co-ordinate the CEO Awards applications and global submission, working with country contacts to identify suitable projects and encourage submission.
Contribute to regional diversity & inclusion initiatives
Work with communications to gain appropriate support for all initiatives
Strong Communicator - fluent English mandatory
