As a (Senior) HR Associate, you will be at the forefront of building the talent capabilities of Infrastructure. You have a passion for finding top talents to join our company and ensuring that our candidates have the best interview experience throughout.
In this role, you will also be suppoting general HR operations, staff engagement and development.
Partner closely with the infrastructure business and tech functions to understand recruitment needs
Establish effective talent pipelines, and execute on sourcing through the use of networks and alternative search channels
Generate talent acquisition data and analytical report, sharing knowledge of markets with the hiring manager
Develop the employer brand and penetration
Perform administrative tasks, responsible for HR general operations, staff engagement, training & development
Formulate and implement HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the management
Bachelor’s degree from one of the recognized universities
3-6 years experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruitment consultant
Proven experience in recruiting a variety of roles across IT infrastructure / business / service delivery domains
Expertise in advanced talent search techniques, experience with market research and talent mapping
Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication competency
Able to perform in a diverse and fast-paced working culture
Able to work both with ambiguity and minimum supervision
