Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Establish strong engagement with the procurement teams of the assigned accounts and ensure the run rate business is executed through the local teams effectively, comply with SLA’s, conversion ratios of quotations to sales orders, import and export compliance etc.

Proactively contribute to a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.

Continually strive to assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Work closely with the global account management team in understanding strategic alignments and identifying potential opportunities.

Fulfil the reporting requirements for the assigned accounts and internal requirements.

Align to the overall global named account team and aligned across Asia.

Enlists the support of internal resources, product and services specialists, supply chain management and others parts of the business as required.

Works closely with order management team across the region in ensuring that the customers satisfaction and problem resolution.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Achieves assigned sales quota in designated global accounts.

Meets assigned expectations for profitability.

Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by the management.

Contribute to the strategic customer account plans.

Requirements

Degree, minimum of 5 years of IT B2B sales experience

Ability to continuously learn and develop

Complex account management methodologies

Strong relationship building and networking skills

Problem Solving and Conflict resolution skills

Ability to understand customer’s complex problem

Understanding of and ability to apply pricing, Gross Profit, discounts, margin calculations

Strong presentation, communication, Negotiation and persuasion skills

Need to be able to work across different time zones and regional travel when need
