The GTO PMO is responsible to ensure smooth running of the Project Management team / office to deliver projects spanning multiple business units.
Takes full responsibility on all administrative aspect of project / program, ensuring that all project artefacts are recorded and submitted accurately and timely to facilitate accurate tracking of project status.
Right hand person and to-go-to person for the project manager and program manager for latest project status (e.g. financial, WBS, risk, issues, dependencies, etc).

Fully responsible to ensure project status are updated as per frequency. This would include monitor and track project financials, project schedule, project risk, project issues, project dependencies and project resource management.
Assist to record PSC and PWC meeting minutes, thereafter follow up on PSC and PWC action items to closure
Manage project sharepoint / shared folder to ensure project artefacts are recorded accordingly.
Forecast project financials based on actuals
Prepare PSC deck under the guidance of project and program manager
Project Day to Day Administration
Assist in memo writing, submission and tracking
Manage invoices, payments, time sheeting
Actively participate in new resource on boarding
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Banking / Finance
Minimum 5 years’ administrative experience, preferably in financial industry
Experience in project administration.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
Excellent skills in documenting project meeting minutes
Fast learner with inquisitive mind and structure process in task execution
Strong organisational and analytical skills, is meticulous with details yet able to see the big picture.
