Conceptualise, plan and drive initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of cross-functional divisional policies, processes and systems to meet the evolving needs of the administration functions to ensure positive customer service experience
Strategise and implement projects in support of transformative and integrated operations and services
Work with stakeholders on their requirements to plan and execute the projects and track the project deliverables
Build relationships and trust with teams and key stakeholders across divisions to understand their needs and enable innovation and transformation in their work processes
Ensure ongoing alignment of organisational strategies across the organisation.
Any other duties as required to support the effective administration
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Min. 8 years of relevant experience
Proven track record in managing functions such as policy, planning, business analysis and project management
