As APAC’s Marketing Program Manager you’ll help drive growth in the territory through clever, tailored messaging, timely promotions and well thought out campaigns.
You’ll work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager for APAC to implement the strategic marketing plan for the region, and through close monitoring ensure Twist remains on track for success and rapid growth.
Reporting to the the Regional Marketing Manager and working closely with APAC Commercial leadership to ensure successful planning, implementation, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns as defined by the strategic marketing plan.
Responsible for the tactical implementation of the marketing programs, including : integrated marketing campaigns, direct marketing, eMarketing, advertising & sales support.
Drive customer messaging and brand ambassadorship in APAC region.Develop key performance metrics and implement appropriate analytics to enable improved campaign tracking to enable assessment of overall strategy and optimization
Co-ordinate the creation and maintenance of a regionalized library of marketing collateral to support sales and customers Work collaboratively with product management, global program management and design teams to create marketing collaterals that effectively position Twist Bioscience’s products within the marketplace.
Ensure consistent brand implementation in all collaterals and channelsWork with external vendors for design and translation to ensure rapid development of new collateral.
Provide support to the APAC sales team through campaigns and promotions Build and maintain relationships with APAC sales teamEnsure the sales team have the marketing materials they need to be successfulObtain feedback from sales on areas for improvement and ensure this feedback reaches the appropriate person
Work as part of the global commercial team to meet agreed revenue and growth targets. Work with the global marketing programs team to align the APAC programs plan with global marketing initiatives and programs, and wherever possible customise to fit regional needs.
Work collaboratively with the digital marketing team to effectively manage and optimize the digital marketing strategy and content to drive awareness, engagement and adoption of Twist Bioscience’s products.
Contribute proactively to the long-term development of Twist Bioscience Always be looking for ways to improve how Twist engages with customers, and drive positive association with the Twist brand
A BSc or higher in Biology or related field. A high degree of familiarity with Biopharmaceutical Discovery and Development, and / or Molecular Diagnostics would be highly desirable.
6 or more years’ experience in marketing in the Life Sciences, and particularly in close collaboration with channel partners
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in parallel, hit deadlines and work under time and commercial pressure.
Good with people - comfortable collaborating with multiple teams including external agencies and vendors, channel partners, sales, marketing and legal to achieve goals.
Strong opinion on current marketing trends and best practice
A desire to exemplify the Company’s guiding principles Grit, Impact, Service and Trust
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Ability to work effectively while working remotely Twist has office locations in Singapore, but the role is open to candidates across APAC.
Experience in technical writing and translation.
Experience with Salesforce and Marketo would be desirable.
Fluency in Japanese would be a nice to have.
